Returns & Refunds – GymGearCo

At GymGearCo, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out—and that’s okay! That’s why we offer a 30-Day No-Hassle Return & Exchange Policy.

If you need to return an item for any reason, you may do so within 30 days of delivery. Simply cover the return shipping cost and applicable restocking fee, and we’ll take care of the rest.


RETURN CONDITIONS

  • All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, based on the condition of the product upon return.

  • Products must be:

    • In like-new condition

    • Undamaged

    • Shipped with all original packaging, accessories, and components

  • Items showing visible signs of wear or missing parts that prevent us from reselling them as new may be considered refurbished and may incur a 40% restocking fee.


RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, you must first contact GymGearCo at sales@gymgearco.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA). We cannot accept returns without an RMA number.

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email notification confirming:

  1. That we’ve received the item.

  2. Whether your return has been approved or rejected based on the condition of the product.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method. Refund timelines may vary between 3 days to 3 weeks depending on your payment provider and bank.


IMPORTANT NOTES

  • We strongly recommend photographing the product before sending it back to document its condition.

  • Returns sent without original packaging or with missing parts may be denied or assessed a higher restocking fee.

  • We do not offer refunds on custom or made-to-order products unless they arrive damaged or defective.
